We have a variety of jobs at Walsingham.
Assistants
Support assistants, cleaners, drivers and gardeners work alongside and support the people who use our services in their everyday lives. For these jobs, you don't need experience - our assistants come from a variety of backgrounds.
Support Workers
Support Workers support the people who use our services in their everyday lives. For these jobs, you may have experience in care but it doesn't matter if you don't - our support workers come from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers
Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers provide a model of good practice for other employees to follow. For these jobs, you will need some relevant experience to undertake specific responsibilities and to guide employees where necessary.
Service Managers
Service Managers are responsible for managing individual services and employees to maximise the quality of life of the people we support. For these jobs, you will need relevant management experience and qualifications and/or a willingness to study for them.
Office Staff
Our office staff provide invaluable support to our services in areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications and Administration. Depending on the grade you are applying for, you will need relevant experience and qualifications and/or a willingness to study for them.
