Tracy Cox
Tracy has been a Registered Learning Disability Nurse since 1985, working in the NHS, in the long stay hospitals before developing and leading community intensive response teams across the Bristol and surrounding areas and within social care for a local provider. Tracy is now semi-retired, working part-time for the local Integrated Care board (ICB).
Tracy is a steering group member of the Avon & Wiltshire Positive Support Network (PBS Community of practice) – promoting the values of Positive Behavioural support, this includes sharing knowledge, skills and resources about PBS with other people and agencies.
Tracy is highly motivated and determined to make a difference for individuals, their families and/or carers. In her spare time, she likes to holiday in Salcombe and abroad, she enjoys dog walking, reading and looking after her granddaughter.
In her role as a Trustee, Tracy contributes to the Operations & Quality Committee at Walsingham Support.
