Victoria joined Walsingham Support as Director of Finance & Transformation in May 2026 bringing substantial senior finance leadership with her from both the charity and healthcare sectors. Most recently, Victoria served as Chief Financial Officer at YMCA Robin Hood Group and prior to this she spent over a decade at DHU Health Care CIC. She has also previously held non-executive roles as a trustee of a charity and as a co-opted governor of a local college. 

Victoria is passionate about building and leading teams and ensuring everyone has the chance to reach their full potential and firmly committed to Walsingham Support’s mission.

Victoria lives in Derby and is married with three children. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and loves travelling. She also regularly attends dance classes and enjoys watching musicals, plays and concerts.
