Shona is the Director of Quality & Experience. She has had a long career in the health and social care field, starting off working with drug addicts in prison, and moving through various roles and organisations. She has gained experience and knowledge in learning disabilities, mental health, homelessness and more.

Shona was attracted to the role at Walsingham Support due to their excellent reputation working with individuals, and the opportunity to use her skills and experience to be able to focus on improving the quality of the lives of the people they support.

In her spare time, Shona enjoys travelling, playing tennis and being with friends and family, as long as she doesn’t have to cook. She hates that.
