Catherine joins Walsingham Support as Director of Finance and Transformation in May 2025. Catherine is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having originally trained at PwC, with over twenty years post-qualification experience supporting a broad range of services organisations within the technology and not-for profit sectors, including social housing and policing.

Catherine’s passion lies within making a real difference through her work which she hopes to achieve at Walsingham Support both for the people we support, in supporting the sector as a whole, but importantly, by empowering and equipping our people to have the financial foundations, tools and knowledge to perform at their best in their respective roles.

Catherine was attracted to Walsingham Support through a personal connection to support the organisation’s purpose to help all our people thrive, and by working at an organisation where values lie at the heart of everything we do.

Catherine lives in the Lake District with her husband, three children and two spaniels as faithful companions. In her spare time she loves walking, exploring, watching musicals and riding on rollercoasters!
