Pontesbury
We support people with a range of needs including: learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities.
We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, building relationships that empower and developing creative support with practical solutions. Our aim being to give people the skills they need to live as independently as possible, and to feel valued and fulfilled.
We do this through a mixture of supported living services and domiciliary care that are delivered by a team of passionate staff.
Our supported living services can be provided in a person’s own home whether that’s owned, rented or their family home.
