Robert started working for Walsingham Support as a part-time support worker in Wales, working on a Saturday evening to support a gentleman to a social event. After 3 months Robert realised that this was no longer a job but a vocation. Robert now has over 10 years’ experience in social care and wouldn't change a moment of it.
