Leaine started working at Walsingham Support in August 2019 as the Head of Quality, Compliance and Safeguarding. Leaine is passionate about working with people and supporting individuals to overcome barriers and encourage their progression and independence. Throughout her career she has been privileged to have worked in the charity, public and private sectors in governance, quality and compliance roles for over 30 years.
