David Byrne

David joined Walsingham Support in May 2020, having worked in Social Care since leaving college. David started working with young adults with learning disabilities in a college setting as a teacher's assistant before becoming a Support Worker supporting adults with learning disabilities who had moved into their own homes following the first large long stay hospital closure. After various roles as a Support Worker, he moved into management positions and has a range of experience as a manager and senior manager. David has worked for a variety of charitable organisations in his career and has his NVQ level 5 in Operational Management.
