Growing up with a younger brother with learning disabilities, Walsingham Support’s CEO understands the difference that good support makes. His view is: “If the people we support, their families and our staff are happy – then I’m happy.” Paul has 30 years’ experience at executive level across three large organisations in HR, Operations & Development and then as CEO for Walsingham Support since 2005. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), is educated to Master’s level in Human Resource Management and is a Trustee at Skills for Care.
