We support people with disabilities to live their life their way. Our flexible lifestyle support enables people to pursue their own life interests whenever they need it.
We offer one-to-one lifestyle support, which is based on the individual’s needs and ambitions. Lifestyle support is provided in line with our person centred support planning.
We can support people with:

How can you access lifestyle support?
You can be referred by a social worker or/and health care professional or contact us directly
How is lifestyle support funded?
Lifestyle support can be funded directly by the person through direct payment, individual budget, private funding or/and commissioned through the local authority or health board.
How is support checked?
The Care Quality Commission in England and the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (Wales), make visits to our registered offices to ensure the support provided meets their standards. Annual questionnaires are sent out to the people who use our services, offering feedback which influences how we do things and improve what we do.
How much support is available?
Support is tailored to individual needs and can be during the day, in the evening, overnight and/or at weekends, some support might be shared if the person lives in a house with other people. They’ll also get one to one support hours based on their needs and support plan.

We offer this service across England and Wales.
