Growing up with a younger brother with learning disabilities, Walsingham Support’s CEO understands the difference that good support makes. His view is: “If the people we support, their families and our staff are happy – then I’m happy.” Paul has over 30 years’ experience at executive level across 3 large organisations in HR, Operations & Development and then as CEO for Walsingham Support since 2005. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), is educated to Master’s level in Human Resource Management and is a Trustee at Skills for Care.
In his spare time, you will find Paul enjoying long walks in the countryside as he tries to keep fit. He enjoys socialising and entertaining family and friends at home – however, you would come for the company and not the home cooking! Having previously lived in both Australia & New Zealand Paul continues to enjoy exploring the world when he gets a chance!
