James did a great job making sure that the medicine process at his service worked really well and that the people he supports were kept safe.

Our Head Office employee was Anita Shah who is part of our finance team.

Tuula is part of our Organisation and People team. She is an expert in human resources and is very good at dealing with sensitive issues.

Our England manager of the year was Philip Nightingale from Hertfordshire.

Chris ReesOur operations manager of the year was Chris Rees.

Chris has done a lot of work to get new services this year and he has got really good feedback from local authorities. He has also made sure his team learn new skills and he gives them lots of support.
