People do a variety of jobs at Walsingham. Some work directly with the people we support - anything from supporting someone to make a cup of tea to accompanying them on holiday. Others work with members of staff - for example, ensuring our finances are administered efficiently.
Don't worry if you have never worked in before, with people with or for a - we consider people from all sorts of backgrounds. More important to us is that you have a commitment to people with and value them as equal members of society.
We think our employees are very important. That's why we are an Investors in People organisation, having successfully met the standard for a sixth time in a row in May 2009!
