Our CRB Disclosure process

This is the process from when you request a CRB application form to when you receive the Disclosure.

1. You request CRB application forms from our CRB team
2. We will post CRB application forms and related paperwork to you within one working day
3. You meet with the applicant to complete and check the CRB application form and verify their proof of identity evidence
4. You send the CRB application form, related paperwork and fee to us (we recommend using recorded delivery)
5. We will process the CRB application form as soon as we have received your payment
6. We will contact you if any amendments are required
7. After we check the application, we will send the form to the CRB
8. We will keep you informed and will regularly monitor the Disclosure's progress
9. We will post the Disclosure to you on the same day that we receive it from the CRB
